## About Brightdesk

Brightdesk is a booking, invoicing and contract app for wedding and event professionals. Makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, videographers, mehendi artists, decorators, caterers, DJs and wedding planners can track each client from enquiry to final payment in one place.

A multi-day wedding such as haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception can be run as one booking with sub-bookings under a single client profile. Invoices can include GST details with CGST and SGST, or IGST for clients in another state, along with a UPI ID, bank details, advance received and balance due. Invoices can be downloaded as a PDF or image. Clients can sign contracts online, and the app shows advances, balances and expenses so the user can see their profit margin.

The free plan includes unlimited bookings and invoices, a public profile page, client management and payment and expense tracking. The Pro plan adds digital contracts with e-signatures, review requests, premium invoice templates, event reminders and an analytics dashboard. Every new account gets a 28-day Pro trial without a credit card. The app is built in India and can be used worldwide with invoices in the user's own currency.

## About Subscribbl

Subscribbl is a web app that keeps one running total of what you pay for each month. You add subscriptions by typing a name and price, or by uploading an invoice PDF or screenshot that the app reads to fill in the vendor, price and billing cycle. Each subscription keeps the currency it bills in, and totals are shown in your own currency using daily European Central Bank rates.

The app shows what your list adds up to per month, per year and over five years, and it sends a heads-up email before anything renews, with trials getting two warnings and yearly plans a week's notice. You can split subscriptions into spaces such as personal, work and family, each with its own budget. It also flags subscriptions you have not used in a while, with their yearly cost, and includes a "What if I buy this?" calculator that shows the effect of a new tool on your monthly total and remaining budget before you subscribe.

It is for people who pay for several software, streaming and storage services and want to see renewals before they are charged. Subscribbl does not connect to bank accounts and does not cancel subscriptions for you. iPhone and Android apps are listed as coming soon.
