## About Pulseri

Pulseri is a survey platform for small SaaS teams and agencies. It sends NPS, CSAT and CES surveys to customers, and eNPS and ESAT surveys to employees, on a schedule or when something happens in your product, such as a closed support ticket or a paid invoice.

Teams send people and traits from their own app with a JavaScript SDK or REST API, then build segments with a visual filter, so no CRM is needed. Surveys arrive by email or appear in the product through an embeddable widget. Built-in cooldowns and send caps stop the same person being surveyed too often.

When a score falls below a threshold you set, Pulseri alerts your team in Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook. Comments are tagged with sentiment and themes, and a weekly digest summarises what changed.

Plans start at 49 euros a month, flat, with no per-response fees. Starter, Growth and Business include a 14-day trial, and Enterprise is available by contract.

## About UpperSearch

UpperSearch is a Windows desktop application for SEO and competitor research. It combines keyword research, SERP analysis, website traffic analytics, backlink research, publisher network discovery and AI visibility tracking. Live research runs through your own DataForSEO account, and demo mode works with sample data and no credentials.

The Keyword Explorer shows monthly search volume, organic keyword difficulty, search intent, cost per click and paid competition for a keyword. Publisher Network Lookup groups websites that share publisher or advertising identifiers, and results can be exported to CSV.

Research history and results are kept on your computer, and an API usage log shows provider costs and when saved data was reused. The software is offered as a one-time early access license, with data provider usage billed separately. Automated rank tracking is listed as planned.
