Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rohan Gotwal, who runs ProductsFarm. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• One account per person. Don't create extra accounts, or accounts for other people.
• Keep your sign-in email or Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information and don't pretend to be someone else.

• Only list products you own or work on.
• Keep your listing accurate. Auto-fill drafts are a starting point and can be wrong, so check them before you submit: you're responsible for what you publish.
• We review every listing and can reject or remove any of them. See what we reject. Each domain gets one product page.
• Free listings link to your website with nofollow. Do-follow links come only with Premium.
• We can move or cancel a booked launch if the listing breaks these terms.
• Approved listings stay on the site as permanent pages. You can edit yours from your dashboard, and we review edits to live listings again. To remove a listing, email us.

• Launches are ranked by votes alone, under the published ranking rules.
• Don't buy, sell or trade votes, use bots or scripts, run vote rings or vote with extra accounts. Asking people to check out your launch is fine; offering rewards for votes is not.
• We can discount suspicious votes, remove launches or awards, and suspend accounts involved in vote manipulation.

• You keep ownership of what you post: listings, images, comments and your profile.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, copy, resize and share that content on ProductsFarm, in its feeds, sitemaps and embeddable badges, and in posts that promote launches on the site, for as long as it's on the site.
• Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or spammy, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or links to malware.
• We can remove content that breaks these terms.

• Premium costs $10 once per listing. That listing gets a highlighted spot for as long as it's on the site, and a do-follow link if the site passes our review. Premium never changes votes or rank.
• We don't give do-follow links to sites we don't trust, such as spammy, thin or misleading ones. Those listings link with nofollow instead.
• Dodo Payments processes payments as the merchant of record. Their terms apply to the purchase, and they may add tax depending on where you are.
• Premium doesn't guarantee traffic, votes, awards or search rankings.

• If we don't approve your listing, or approve it without a do-follow link, we refund your Premium payment in full. You don't need to ask.
• Once your listing is live with its do-follow link, Premium has been delivered and isn't refundable, including if we later remove the listing or its link for breaking these terms.
• If you were charged more than once for the same listing, we refund the extra payments.
• For a refund question, email kanisshka12@gmail.com with your listing name and payment receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. How long they take to show up depends on your bank.

If something on ProductsFarm uses your copyright or trademark without permission, or you think a listing or comment is unlawful, email kanisshka12@gmail.com with a link to the page and the details. We'll review it and remove the content where appropriate.

• We provide ProductsFarm as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that any launch will get votes, visitors or search rankings.
• We can change, add or remove features, and change the rules, launch slots or prices. Price changes never affect payments already made.
• Listed products are run by their makers, not by us. Check a product yourself before you buy or rely on it.

• As far as the law allows, Rohan Gotwal isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data from using ProductsFarm.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$10 if you haven't paid anything.
• If your content or your misuse of the site leads to a claim against us, you're responsible for it.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

• You can stop using ProductsFarm at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the privacy policy.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, especially for spam, vote manipulation or fraud.
• The sections on your content, liability and law still apply after an account ends.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India decide any dispute about them.
• We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date, and the new terms apply when you keep using the site after that.
