BetFreeLife

BetFreeLife is a Chrome extension for people trying to quit online gambling. It blocks gambling websites in the browser and offers a choice of protection levels, from gentle warnings and 24-hour cooling periods to a Hard Stop mode that requires approval from an accountability partner to disable.

Users can track a gambling-free streak, see time and money saved based on their daily spend setting, and add trusted partners who receive high-level progress updates. The extension also includes guided breathing exercises and urge surfing techniques based on CBT. According to the site, only gambling domain names are tracked, and data is stored on the user's device.

It is aimed at individuals in gambling recovery who want blocking, progress visibility and support from people they trust. The core features are described as free, and a Premium plan adds Hard Stop mode, more partners and charts.
