DM Funnel is a tool for turning Instagram activity into qualified buyer profiles. It listens to comments on posts and Reels, replies to Stories, and mentions, then opens direct messages with the people who engage. Each comment, reply and DM is scored hot, warm or cold so you can focus on the leads most likely to buy, and contact details such as email and phone can be captured along the way.
The product also includes a bio link page you can build without code. You can add products, offers, booking links and lead magnets, see link-level clicks and geo data, and have every click feed into the same lead profile as your DM automations. A follower gate can hold back a product link until someone follows the account, and an attribution view tracks steps from comment to sale. Facebook and Messenger support is listed as upcoming, and an AI agent connection is marked as coming soon.
DM Funnel is aimed at course sellers, digital product sellers, influencers, small businesses, realtors, mortgage agents, financial advisors and digital agencies that sell through Instagram direct messages.
