FocusReps is a Pomodoro focus timer for iPhone that pairs work sessions with a short push-up break. The default cycle is 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of break, with 10 push-ups in each break. The timer runs in the background without notifications, so the phone can stay face down during a session.
During a break, on-device pose detection counts push-ups in real time, and a rep only counts when the elbows drop below ninety degrees and return to the top. Daily and weekly stats show closed focus blocks and total reps. An opt-in setting logs each active break to HealthKit as a workout with reps and estimated calories.
Nothing leaves the phone, no account or login is required, and no video is stored. Breaks can be skipped with one tap, and the timer can be paused when a meeting starts. The site also offers two free printable PDFs, a Pomodoro planner and a 30-day push-up grid.
