Hypello

Hypello is a tool for automating direct messages and comment replies on Instagram and Facebook. Users can set up comment-to-DM flows on posts and Reels, send DMs from story replies and live comments, trigger replies from keywords, and schedule follow-up DMs to people who did not respond. Hypello also offers an Ask to Follow step that asks people to follow the account before the message is sent, plus link buttons, welcome messages, and tools to collect emails and phone numbers inside DMs.

The product is built on Meta's official Instagram and Facebook APIs and connects through Meta login rather than password sharing. Hypello paces activity with reply delays, a DM queue and a slow-down mode. Paid plans add unlimited DMs, longer post history for automations, and AI agents that answer questions, handle support and qualify leads in the inbox, with monthly AI credits that depend on the plan.

It is aimed at content creators, small brands, e-commerce sellers, agencies and coaches who receive many comments and messages and want to reply quickly and capture leads without handling every message by hand. The free plan covers core automations with up to 1,000 DMs a month on up to two accounts.
