InvoyForm

InvoyForm is a form builder and a form backend in one. You can build a form in a visual editor with no code, then share it as a link, a QR code or an embed on any website that lets you add HTML. You can also point your own HTML form at InvoyForm's backend, so submissions are checked, stored and forwarded without a server of your own to write or run.

Every response is saved in one dashboard in real time and can be sent on to email, webhooks and connected apps such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and Google Sheets. Forms can use conditional logic, scheduled closing, response limits, required fields and validation, and the Pro and Business plans add regex pattern checks and payment widgets. Existing Google Forms can be imported into the builder with their questions, choices and required answers.

It is aimed at creators, freelancers, agencies and developers who want to collect sign-ups, registrations or other responses without building their own form handling. Editing a live form does not break earlier responses, since each response stays tied to the version it was submitted on.
