MakerHunt

MakerHunt is a launch board for indie makers. Makers submit a software product, and it is listed on a daily board with a public product page, votes and comments. Launches are ranked by votes, and the site highlights a product of the day, week and month.

To go live, a maker can place a MakerHunt badge on their own homepage so the site can crawl it and schedule the listing for the next UTC day, or submit without the badge and wait in a manual review queue. Paid tiers skip the badge and the queue, and a Featured option adds a launch-day spotlight with a glow on the listing and a slot in a homepage strip when one is free. Sponsored listings are a separate recurring option that shows the listing in a sponsors list and on site rails.

The site is aimed at makers who want to share a new product and at people who want to browse what other indie makers are launching. Makers can also get a daily vote note and a weekly winners roundup by opting in to the launch updates email.
