Offline code audit reports for developers, consultants and security-conscious

Observer is a local code audit tool that scans a codebase and produces a production-health report covering security, code quality, dependencies, runtime errors and logs. It runs from the command line in one step, for example by pointing it at a project folder and writing an HTML report. The site states that source code stays on the user's computer and that no account, server or source-code upload is required for the default offline mode.
The tool combines several kinds of checks in one report. It identifies languages, frameworks, databases and infrastructure, and runs static analysis to flag secrets, injection risks, unsafe configuration and risky patterns. Rule-based guidance explains the context and impact of each finding and suggests possible remediation. An optional local agent can capture and group application errors, and log analysis reviews repeated failures and likely causes from existing logs. Reports can be exported as HTML, JSON, CSV, SARIF and printable formats, and teams can use baselines, quality gates and GitHub Actions in their pipeline.
Observer is aimed at developers, consultants, agencies and teams who need private audits of client or legacy code. The Community Edition is free and open source and includes offline CLI auditing, built-in rules, a local dashboard and a watermark on reports. Observer Pro is a paid all-access annual subscription, listed at $89 per year, that adds native PDF reports, scheduled scans and other professional features.
