Offline Captions

Offline Captions makes animated word-by-word captions on your own computer, so your videos never upload anywhere. It's a one-time purchase instead of a monthly plan like CapCut Pro: the Windows app is $39 once ($29 at the founding price). Mac is coming soon. Try the free web app first for clips up to 5 minutes, with no signup. Export an MP4 with captions burned in, or an SRT file, with no watermark. Handles English and Hinglish.
