Yebo Invoices is a quoting and invoicing app for South African small businesses. You can speak a job out loud and have Yebo turn it into an itemised draft quote, check the draft, then send it to a client by WhatsApp or email with your logo and colours on the page. Clients open a link on any phone, accept with a typed name, ask for a change or decline with a reason. You can see when a quote is opened, accepted or paid.
Once a quote is accepted, it can be turned into an invoice with a due date and your EFT details. Clients can pay by card or instant EFT through PayFast, and deposits are credited on the invoice. Home screen totals show what is collected, outstanding and overdue, and monthly targets track progress. A VAT sales summary can be exported for an accountant, and the site says it covers sales only and is not a VAT201 return.
Yebo is aimed at tradespeople and small service businesses in South Africa, such as electricians, plumbers, solar installers and contractors. The site lists three monthly plans from R49 to R499. The top plan adds a tender hub and tender engine for government eTenders, which the site says require the user to approve each bid before it is sent.
