Brightdesk

Brightdesk is a booking, invoicing and contract app for wedding and event professionals. Makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, videographers, mehendi artists, decorators, caterers, DJs and wedding planners can track each client from enquiry to final payment in one place.

A multi-day wedding such as haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception can be run as one booking with sub-bookings under a single client profile. Invoices can include GST details with CGST and SGST, or IGST for clients in another state, along with a UPI ID, bank details, advance received and balance due. Invoices can be downloaded as a PDF or image. Clients can sign contracts online, and the app shows advances, balances and expenses so the user can see their profit margin.

The free plan includes unlimited bookings and invoices, a public profile page, client management and payment and expense tracking. The Pro plan adds digital contracts with e-signatures, review requests, premium invoice templates, event reminders and an analytics dashboard. Every new account gets a 28-day Pro trial without a credit card. The app is built in India and can be used worldwide with invoices in the user's own currency.
