Creepless

Creepless is a scope creep tool for agencies and freelancers. Each client gets a private request link with no login, where they send asks and see what is included in their agreed scope and how much of it has been used. The built-in referee checks every request against the rules you set for that client, covering deliverables, excluded services, revision limits and hour caps, and marks it as included, extra or needs review, with the rule it used.

When a request is extra, you send a quote from your dashboard. The client approves it on their link before work starts, so the price is agreed in writing. Included work goes straight to your team. The site also offers ready-made replies for each call, a paste-in tool for checking any client message, and revenue and per-client breakdowns on paid plans.

It is built for web agencies, marketing agencies, freelancers and dev studios that regularly absorb small requests outside the original agreement. Creepless sits in front of your existing project management tool rather than replacing it, and approved work moves into that tool.
