Healmeup

Healmeup is an online platform that connects people with licensed clinical psychologists, psychologists and psychological counselors. It acts as an intermediary: users can browse expert profiles and reach a professional through written, audio or video sessions over a secure connection. The company states that it does not itself provide therapy or healthcare services, and that all sessions are conducted independently between the expert and the client.

Users can start with a free 15-minute introductory consultation to judge whether an expert suits them before scheduling a full appointment. The site also offers self-assessment tools, personalized content for emotions and personal goals, and a Heally guide that helps newcomers choose where to begin. It also lists dietitians and physiotherapists alongside psychologists, and links to an app on the App Store and Google Play for planning consultations.

The service is aimed at adults looking for psychological support who want to reach a licensed professional from home at a time that suits them. The site notes that it is not designed for urgent crisis situations, and that people in such situations should contact a healthcare institution or the 112 Emergency Line.
