Kiedi is a web-based AI chatbot that answers visitors' questions using the pages of your website and the documents you upload. Enter your site address, add PDF, Word, TXT or Markdown files, then customize the bot's name, colors and welcome message before installing a single line of code.

Answers come only from your content, with sources cited, and the bot says when information is missing instead of guessing. A dashboard shows the questions visitors ask, and some plans add lead capture with email notifications or integrations such as WhatsApp and Calendly. The snippet works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and plain HTML sites.

It is built for online shops, hotels, restaurants, professional studios and web agencies that manage several client sites. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, starting at 29 euros per month before VAT, and the company states it is GDPR compliant.
