Leadmatically monitors public posts and comments on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for people asking for recommendations or looking for a service. You add your business, describe what you sell and enter the phrases your buyers use. The tool then scans new posts around the clock, scores each match for buyer intent from 0 to 100 with AI, and only sends matches above your chosen threshold to your dashboard.
For each lead you can see the post, its score and the platform it came from. Notifications can arrive as a grouped summary every six hours or as an alert for every new lead, by email, Slack or Telegram. Optional AI reply prompts let you set a tone and talking points, and the tool drafts a reply that you review, edit and post yourself from your own account. Removed replies and unavailable posts are tracked, so you can see which outreach was removed and which platforms produce the most responses.
The product is aimed at small businesses, agencies, SaaS companies and local services that want to find buyers who ask publicly for a provider. It requires no connection to your social accounts and no posting permissions.
