QuickVOC is a CRM for service businesses with an AI agent built in. Calls, website chats and leads from Thumbtack and Google Local Services land on one board, and the AI agent answers the phone 24/7, books jobs into open times and fills in the lead with a call summary. Estimates are built from your own rates and sent to customers to sign on their phone, and signed estimates can be turned into invoices the customer pays online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account or over time.

Owners and teams can set up their own job steps and job types, see alerts and follow-ups in Telegram, sync bookings to Google Calendar and create jobs in Housecall Pro. The AI agent answers in up to 15 languages, quotes only from the price list the owner provides and transfers the call to the team when a caller asks for a person. Plans include a local phone number, SMS to customers and team sign-in seats, and Google Business Profile services are available as an add-on.

QuickVOC is aimed at service businesses such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, auto repair, cleaning, roofing and moving companies, including owners who answer their own phone and busier teams with high call volume.
