PaperTrack

PaperTrack is a web app for sharing PDFs, decks, contracts and other documents through trackable links. Senders see when a document is opened and how long each page is read, with dwell-time heatmaps that show which pages hold attention.

Access can be controlled per link. Senders can require a verified email passcode, add password protection and expiration dates, restrict viewers by email domain, and require a click-through NDA. Dynamic watermarks stamp each recipient's email, IP address and date onto the pages, and links can be revoked at any time. Higher plans add comments, download protection and virtual data rooms.

It is aimed at founders sending pitch decks, sales reps sending proposals, and legal or M&A teams sharing contracts. A free plan covers single-seat sharing with page analytics.
