ServerForm is a form backend for websites. You point the action attribute of an HTML form at a ServerForm endpoint and add an access key as a hidden field. The service then handles email delivery of submissions, storage in a submissions dashboard, spam filtering and forwarding to integrations, so the site itself needs no server code. The site says it works with React, Next.js, Astro, WordPress, Webflow, Framer and plain HTML, and that it can also be used with fetch or axios calls from JavaScript frameworks.
With it, you can receive branded email notifications with Reply-To set from the submitter's email field, filter spam with a hidden honeypot field plus optional CAPTCHA support, and send webhooks to tools such as Slack, Discord, Google Sheets or Notion on paid plans. Other features described on the page include auto-responder emails, file uploads with size and type limits, custom redirects after submission, and per-form analytics covering submission trends and field fill rates.
It is aimed at developers, freelancers and agencies who manage contact forms on static sites, landing pages and client websites. The free plan includes 50 submissions per month and unlimited forms, while paid plans add higher submission volumes and team seats.
